Idemitsu Petroleum Norge (IPN) is a subsidiary of the Idemitsu Group, one of Japan’s largest energy corporations with 79 affiliated companies and almost 8000 employees worldwide.

We entered the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) in 1989 by acquiring a stake in the Snorre field. Historically, our core area has been in the northern North Sea, but today we are actively pursuing opportunities all across the NCS.

Our office is located in Oslo and currently we employ around 40 highly skilled and experienced professionals.
